Two times each month our Food Bank distributes food to families in our community and surrounding area who are in need. We do this because we take seriously Jesus' words in Matthew 25 - when we see those who are hungry and thirsty, we are compelled to respond to their need with food and water, serving them as if we were serving Jesus himself. We believe that if we are going to proclaim that there is good, life-changing news through the message of Jesus that we should also meet the practical needs of our community.
If you are interested in volunteering to serve with us in our Food Bank, please contact Sheryl Stadnick.
Hours are the second Wednesday of each month, from 11:30am - 12:30pm, and the fourth Wednesday of each month, 5:30-6:30pm.
In an effort to better serve our local community, we are going to limit our clients to residents of Washington County beginning August 1, 2018. Please contact Sheryl if you have any questions.
